SŪPĀSAWĀ Competition First Edition
Calling out to all professional bartenders in Belgium and Luxembourg! The very first SŪPĀSAWĀ competition is here, take your chance to shine in front of an international awarded jury.
Who can enter?
- You must work as a bartender in Belgium or Luxembourg.
- Submit your cocktail online via our website, deadline 31th of January.
- Proof your cocktail by listing it on your bar’s menu for at least 2 months (proof required).
- Showcase your creation on your personal social media. Tag us (@SUPASAWACO) and use #supasawacompetition2025. Without the buzz there is no fuzz !
Cocktail Guidelines: 3 axes of success
- Less is more: Maximum 5 ingredients + garnish or pairing.
- Scalability: Must be easy to reproduce.
- Versatility: Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails are accepted.

Every submission will be tasted and judged by the brains behind SŪPĀSAWĀ and/or a mysterious secret taster... so bring your A-game at all times!
How to impress us?
We’re judging based on:
- Presentation – make it Insta-worthy!
- Taste – because, well, obviously!
- Ingredients – sustainable & Belgian vibes ( supporting our Belgian brands ) are the way to go!
- Reproducibility – can other bartenders nail it too?
The Top 10
The finalists will be announced on February 24th, 2025
The top 10 bartenders will be invited to showcase their creations live at the Brussels Bar Show 2025 on March 31st, 2025.
Heads-up: Your presentation must be in English, as our jury is internationally diverse and awesome.
